Ginetta G1

The first car, not destined for production, which subsequently became known as the G1 was based on a pre war Wolseley Hornet.

The G1 was the Walketts first attempt at building a car. A space frame with an all aluminum body provided the resting place for the Wolsley Hornet 998 drive train. It is said that the car's body style was similar to the Maserati 4C LT (color picture).
